"Love the diversity of the company. Lyft turkey cares about their employees and societies well being. They invest in quality tools and innovation to get the job done. Compensation is a little above average and great benefits."

"Very corporate atmosphere, but the people you meet and work with there are among the best people You’ll ever have the opportunity to meet and or hang out with. The culture is no longer that of an early app start up, but it is very good place to work, great benefits too!"

"I've worked for Lyft since 2016. I really believe in the company's mission, and the people who work there. Post-IPO, the organization is markedly less Customer-focused, and has serious diversity issues and middle-management politics within the engineering org. I genuinely believe leadership is committed to addressing the diversity challenges in front of them, but I don't see strides towards correcting divisive politics."

"Lyft is a great company with a great mission and system of values at work and play at every level of the company. Through proven techniques in the retail and hospitality industries, we are improving technology and transportation as a service for all. Safer, more affordable and better than Uber in every way, Lyft will accomplish its mission to provide the world's best transportation."

"I've driven for Lyft since 2019 and I've found that its flexibility as a rideshare driver platform is its most consistently pleasant feature. No room for advancement, but as a temporary source of income, it's hard to beat."

"Fast pace environment. The company restructured multiple times during my 1.5 years at Lyft. My coworkers and colleagues were a pleasure to work with -- but overall, it seemed like there was more energy placed into re-orgs & and process "improvements", than actually implementing strategies that teams could execute on."

"I've spent about almost a year at Lyft HQ and it has been some of the best learning experiences ever, stepping foot into the Corporate IT enterprise field. Everyone in the company treats you like family and they want to "Up Lyft" others and see you succeed. Lyft is a fun, fulfilling job opportunity that gave me the experience of helping others in need, offering good customer service experience, providing company expectations to all other associates, time management opportunities, great fun, and fast-paced workplace culture.I learned how to think effectively and efficiently in a timely manner and when to escalate certain issues/situations. The hardest part was leaving the job due to COVID-19"
