"Got a job at Luxoft in 2019. I must say right away that in whatever department of Luxoft I worked, I really liked the team, the management and the general atmosphere. And so, at first everything didn't seem very great, because I didn't pass the probation period in the IT department. And it would seem that everything is over. But I hope that I showed myself as a good employee, so after a failed trial, the head of the division helped me find another option in the same company. I got a job as a manual tester. I worked in this position for about six months and then BOOM!!! COVID! the customer of our project is on the grand prix, but I was lucky again, like most in our department. Internal mobility program: a personal manager was tied up to each of our projects, who was looking for vacancies within the company and helped us to compile a resume during an external job search. And most of our people were able to find an option for themselves without leaving their Luxoft. Someone remained a manual tester, someone went into automation, someone decided to become a programmer.... and they took him!!! but there was only one, to be honest, it's not so easy to become a programmer right away and suddenly)) I'm working now, the po is growing, the VMI helps not to get sick. work from home, I recently went to Kaliningrad to rest, provided that you work remotely, this can be done not only on vacation. What pleases me is that Luxoft takes care of its own."
