They also provide remote work options. I joined Luxoft Poland in 2021. The interview process was smooth with regular updates and follow-ups from HR and the recruitment team. The relocation team provided thorough support in obtaining work permits, visa applications, and relocation to Poland. When I joined Luxoft, practices like Luxoft Buddy, and mood monitoring helped me in the initial transition. I found Luxoft a stable workplace with many growth opportunities and an excellent work-life balance. Monetary compensation is competitive with lots of benefits like Medicare, multisport cards, etc. Luxoft received 'Great Place to Work' awards for its many locations last year - and I can't agree more.
