"Really happy with Luxoft. I have been working with them for 8 years and I have no intention to leave. In fact, I work in a market which is very dynamic hence I get job offers on a weekly basis and I have no intention to leave Luxoft since I know it is the best company in my segment. I work on client project hence the work I do and many other facts depends directly on the client. However, I have always been lucky and only worked with good clients. Policies and processes are well defined and mostly benefiting to the employee. "I've worked with Luxoft for two years as a recruiter. I absolutely love my manager, my team, the flexibility, the compensation and PTO. Diversity and inclusion is very important to me, and I've been working for two years to try and get a budget together to pay for diversity job boards and/or job fairs and events. I'm hoping that something will come of it soon. The medical benefits are absolutely astounding and very good to anyone who has a family. I am not a parent, and maternity/paternity leave is not important to me, but I do not believe that we offer paid parental leave, which I know is very important for many people."
