"Likes Every project, team, account is different. Personally, I am completely satisfied with my 4-year career at Luxoft. I started as an intern and grew to Senior Test Engineer. Based on my experience at Digital Enterprise account I would say: + Internship in Luxoft is a good opportunity to start your IT career. The internship is paid and career growth is quick. + Luxoft offers a lot of training and online courses. +Additional services (good medical insurance, doctor visits office weekly, half-paid English courses, consultations on accounting documents, office buses to metro stations, the supply of coffee, milk, cookies, etc.) + Business trips, internal mobility and relocation programs to other countries. Dislikes In such a big company there are usually fewer corporate events and it is more difficult to support global corporate culture and attract people to participate in different activities."

"Got a job at Luxoft in 2019. I must say right away that in whatever department of Luxoft I worked, I really liked the team, the management and the general atmosphere. And so, at first everything didn't seem very great, because I didn't pass the probation period in the IT department. And it would seem that everything is over. But I hope that I showed myself as a good employee, so after a failed trial, the head of the division helped me find another option in the same company. I got a job as a manual tester. I worked in this position for about six months and then BOOM!!! COVID! the customer of our project is on the grand prix, but I was lucky again, like most in our department. Internal mobility program: a personal manager was tied up to each of our projects, who was looking for vacancies within the company and helped us to compile a resume during an external job search. And most of our people were able to find an option for themselves without leaving their Luxoft. Someone remained a manual tester, someone went into automation, someone decided to become a programmer.... and they took him!!! but there was only one, to be honest, it's not so easy to become a programmer right away and suddenly)) I'm working now, the po is growing, the VMI helps not to get sick. work from home, I recently went to Kaliningrad to rest, provided that you work remotely, this can be done not only on vacation. What pleases me is that Luxoft takes care of its own."

"Really happy with Luxoft. I have been working with them for 8 years and I have no intention to leave. In fact, I work in a market which is very dynamic hence I get job offers on a weekly basis and I have no intention to leave Luxoft since I know it is the best company in my segment. I work on client project hence the work I do and many other facts depends directly on the client. However, I have always been lucky and only worked with good clients. Policies and processes are well defined and mostly benefiting to the employee. Career options are huge and as long as you do a good job, and your line of business has a good demand, etc - you can have all the opportunities you need on several different regions/locations - considering this is a global organization."
