"It seems that home office has no understanding of the markets they are in and look for a one size fits all solution to problems. They don't provide tools to succeed. We are locked a room for 10 hours a day with no privacy. Personal relationships, which are fundamental to sales, cannot be fostered."

"Work on company communication. Feels that home office is disconnected from the various regions"
