"I work below people with less management, technical, personal and organizational skills than myself. The inter-office communication is totally broken. But since I was 'only a student worker,' my influence was very limited."

"A weekly email that explains the status of each project on the floor that week; a better and rotating training program so that the callers can be more effective in engaging their respondents; better relationship with local media so that the reputation of the lab can grow; reasonable monetary or tangible rewards for successful callers."
