"The independence. Being your own boss has many benefits and the payout is the best anywhwere on the street."

"If you like being independent then you will like this company. But keep in mind EVERYTHING will be on you to get any job done."

What don't you like about working at LPL Financial?

"The technology platform is far from adequate. There isn't much back office support to speak of and the experience levels of the people in back office is lacking. No fixed income inventory."
