4.2 I would suggest that the management adopt stricter, more explicit practices for running the department. Whether it be clarifying people's job titles or running workshops to foster better communication between management and the other employees, something should be done to help get the department better organized.

3.8 Working for Loyola University Maryland until my graduation in 2020 was a truly life changing experience. Although I was also attending this institution while also working there, I was treated as a professional and never looked down upon based upon my status as a student. Through leading a team under supervision of a professor, I was able to gain essential skills both professionally and interpersonally.
