"I disagreed with how field employees were treated and there was a lack of integration between the different departments in the corporate office making it difficult for the simplist of tasks to get completed by field management."

"Determine what type of culture they want. Consistantly policies and procedures. Deal with the power struggle going on in the C-suite. It is more obvious to others than you realize."
