"Not a typical desk job....lots of communication. Really tests you fundamentals."

What don't you like about working at Lotus Business Solutions?

"High pressure environment. They were saying that they were growing fast. Have already taken a 10 part sales and marketing test. Next I have to attend 3 workshops on Best practices."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Dont know enough for suggestions but I would have liked few of the luxury suite tickets they do. They should do them for Entry Levels too."
