"Lots of Money to be made. Performance bonuses and the people seem very motivated. Really really fun culture."

"Not a typical desk job....lots of communication. Really tests you fundamentals."

What don't you like about working at Lotus Business Solutions?

"High pressure environment. They were saying that they were growing fast. Have already taken a 10 part sales and marketing test. Next I have to attend 3 workshops on Best practices."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Dont know enough for suggestions but I would have liked few of the luxury suite tickets they do. They should do them for Entry Levels too."

"Great Leadership team. The CEO genuinely cares about all his employees. Lots and lots of training and growth support.The culture is so much fun and the company is growing pretty fast. I learn t so much and I got rewarded for doing well. They promoted me over someone who was there longer just because I have been doing better. I think that kind of thinking on a company's part is pretty amazing."

"Be prepared to work hard and learn.Have to be a constant student to be successful at this place because they dont like stagnant people."

What don't you like about working at Lotus Business Solutions?

"Not flexible with people going for higher education. I loved to work here but had to part ways because I wanted to pursue my Masters."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Have part time and more internship opportunities. Give employees more time before they can tackle leadership and Management. I know they are growing fast but some people need time to adjust to new things."

"Be ready to prove yourselves. The company only rewards performance. They don't care about what you did in your past."

"Only for people interested to make a career in sales and marketing. Everyone starts at entry-level. No credit given for past accomplishments."

"Very young fun loving group. Should hire a few older people to bring a little more balance."
