"Very little. Minimal perks are far outstripped by suffocating atmosphere, lack of work - life balance and inability to achieve any degree of meaningful advancement."

"Look elsewhere. You will NOT be happy working for this company."
What don't you like about working at Reisenfeld & Associates?
"Almost everything. Management does NOT pay staff for holidays (yet allocate themselves enormous bonuses), management is disdainful and disrespectful to staff, communication is nonexistent and company culture breeds an unhealthy environment of fear, mistrust and insecurity. Creativity, ingenuity and ambition are actively suppressed through heavy-handed (and totally ineffective) micro-management."

"Open lines of communication, treat staff with respect, offer genuine incentives and completely revamp diseased company culture."
