What do you like about working at Looking Glass?

"The employees are nice but the director doesn't have much of a connection with the client's because she does not interface with them."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't expect to grow professionally. This job is not good for those planning for the long term. No benefits, no paid training, no room for promotion, no mileage reimbursement, no raises...get used to hearing the work No."

What don't you like about working at Looking Glass?

"I do not like the fact that the CEO does not pay the workers for in-service training and she does not pay the workers when the clients are late or absent. She also does not give raises."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would make the workers employees with benefits instead of making them work as independent contractors. I would compensate them for the mandatory in-service training and I would pay for mileage."
