"BEWARE! Try try and try again to go to work somehere else if at all possible."

What don't you like about working at Lone Star Overnight?

"Treated poorly by upper management. Horrible raises. Junk vehicles. Was a good company until they began hiring castoffs from UPS and Fedex for upper management positions. Last raise was taken away due to economy and said it would be restored. My recent raise was a slap in the face AND I did'nt get my raise from 6 yrs ago back."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Start treating employees with respect and revamp pay raise scale."

"Rewarding. It's not often you find executives who care so much."

What do you like about working at Lone Star Overnight?

"This company has good benefits and insurance coverage. It also has good leaders that you can tell really care about the company. I have worked in several levels of this company and each has its perks and specially directed programs that management has put in place to allow for enjoyment and/or extra cash flow.The senior management team including CEO is personable, which isn't always easy to find."

"There is definitely room for growth in this company but you have to be willing to put in the work fo the benefits you could potentially receive."

"Strict professional dress code including no facial hair or visible tattoos"

"Continue to keep in contact with customers to make sure services are what is needed/ consistent with today's economy."
