"I must say this was not the average, dread getting up to go in the morning type of companies, they provided a pleasant, family-like work enviorment."

"The only advice I could offer would be, to go in prepared and able to handle the job at hand, and given the provided atmosphere you can definitely be yourself."

"I was actually laid recently laid off."

"I loved the structure! You knew what was expected and if you had questions they had Standard Operating Procedures and AR714-11 to get answers."

"Low pay, possibility of micro-management, no say in location."

"Most of those on a managerial level are great to work for. Very professional and knowledgeable. Some are a little invasive in their managerial style and can become counter productive to their efforts. To those I would recommend changing your tact."
