"Work is not difficult, though it can be very involved. Sometimes it seems like no one in this company can do their job correctly, and it falls on my group to fix the issues. My bosses are micro-managers."

"This question is not applicable. FEMA does not do interviews and hires strictly based on past work experience, often times sight unseen."

"I don't like how leadership has complete disregard at times to the overall costs that their decisions have on everyone."

"The company grew extremely in such a short time and continues to grow. It's plans do not include staying small."
