"I do not like the fact of being insecure about the contract lasting."

"I do not have anythig at this time. We have an employee suggestion team."
What do you like about working at iKeyless?
"It was a great Job and I knew it like the back of my hand. If the president would've pasted away I could run the company myself but I was laid off due to us not making enough money"

"You have to give respect to get respect. Be fair but be firm. If you let even one person break the rules then everyone will think it's ok. Don't mix work and play, or home life. It's a job so treat it as so. Go above the call of duty at all times."
What don't you like about working at iKeyless?
"The boss was very smart business minded, but he was very rude and sexy to women which I don't agree with. I have 4 sisters and I treat women with the ut most respect."

"If you're in management , it's because you showed that you are a leader and work hard, so my suggestions for best management is to train others to work like you do. Thats how a company grows is by everyone working together and training correctly"

"There was no micro-managing. The Project Manager was a fantastic person to work with."

"Keep in mind that this Company obtains contracts that come to an end and be prepared to be unemployed once the contract ends."
