"Lipsey Logistics employs hard working individuals who are trustworthy and dependable. The typical employee never settles for average. Although it is a fast paced industry the atmosphere at Lipsey Logistics is professional. The best part of this company is how employees get promotions based off performance and dedication instead of brown nosing."

"Be yourself and know what you can bring to the company. Also, share your past work experience and explain how those experiences will allow you to succeed at Lipsey Logistics Worldwide."
What don't you like about working at Lipsey Logistics Worldwide?
"The only issue I have is that the work can sometimes get repetitive. The pros of working here heavily outweigh the cons though."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Increase the frequency of team meetings as well as goal setting sessions. Instead of once a month I would like to see them done on a weekly basis."
