"In a ca25+ year career, I have never had a boss that was more of a micromanaging control freak than my supervisor at CH2M Hill Lockwood Greene in Dallas. Nor have I ever seen such bitter political infighting and blatant hatred between purchasing and program management."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Start firing the old guard program managers that want program management fully, completely, and totally in charge and see the procurement department as overpaid clerical support at best."
