"It is so large that you can feel like just another cog in the machinery sometimes."

"Develop more virtual enterprises within Lockheed Martin across more traditional structures."

"I enjoyed working at Lockheed when a career path was clearly defined, now it is hard to figure out how to move to the next level. I enjoy the people at Lockheed Martin."

"The benefits levels are not clearly defined."

"Document the levels and allow your employees a chance to work toward them. People need written goals that clearly define how to move from level 5 to level 1 and leadership."
