"It might not be LMTS. The project has been around for over 25 years, and the infrastructure aged with only very limited update. I wish we could have more up to date infrastructure to serve our customer better."

"Can't really think of anything that stands out. They are just another place to work until something better comes along."

"It was easier to find a job outside of LM than it was to find a job inside LM. Upper management tends to loose touch with those working under them. Does not listen well to suggestions."

"Open your eyes and your ears and listen to those working under you. They typically have a better idea of what is going on."

"Nothing."

"If you expect a smooth hiring process look elsewhere."

What don't you like about working at Lockheed Martin?

"I have never worked anywhere with so much micromanagement. Nor have I ever worked anywhere that allows privileges to such a select few. Managers are allowed hour long coffee breaks while employees are followed to the bathroom. There is NO TRUST and NO Professionalism between managers and employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Apply rules across the board - stop with the favoritism. Either you trust your employees to do their jobs or you don't - if you don't trust your employees, you need to either coach them to a position of trust or fire them."
