  "I loved my staff, especially the newbies. They were full of life and really wanted to learn. I hated the operation, mandatory hours, short staffing, low pay, dysfunctional management team, worn products (vehicles), bias treatments toward women and married staff, extremely long hours, meaningless meetings, lack of accountability, cliques, veteran employees that get away with murder, trial managers with high rankings, the tenure ranking system, the low budget and outdated applications and tools used, the lack of knowledge from upper management, pressure to fire good employees for petty incidents, slap on the wrist of horrible employees, trashy cars to take home, mistreatment from management and customers to make a sale, no benefits, no bonus, lack of real structure."
