"I loved building relationships with fellow employees. Helping people be successful was very rewarding. As a competitive person this job allowed me to win on performance results. However, I believe there was no more room to move up and cut backs were devastating. Taking on the jobs of two or three more employees prove to my down fall. I excepted doing more with less and loved change, but at Verizon it got out of control."
