"Absolutely nothing! Working at MB Financial was a nightmare that I wish I could forget & wipe out from my life."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Do not interview unless you know someone higher up at this Bank; you won't get anywhere if you come in on your own merit because the higher ups don't know you & don't know what you can offer them to look good. Remember, it is always about them, not you. All the decisions are mostly made on the Golf Course, not in the office."

What don't you like about working at MB Financial Bank?

"Management is for themselves with big egos & blame shifting skills."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Have a total makeover; fire all management across the lines & start over with new faces."
