"Wells Fargo is a great company, but the banking industry is changing and you need to be flexible and open to changes."

"I dislike the lack of job security, at least right now."

"Where I was, the manager was not there enough. He was very nice, but nevertheless, not a good example to the employees. Everything was an emergency, due to lack of planning."

"Was not there very long. My friends owned the franchise and he had a heart attack soon after and had to close."

"If you are new to the mortgage industry try to start with a company that has been established for a while."

"Because it was a new franchise there were a lot of troubles getting off the ground as you would expect but was closed prior to having a good feel."

"Franchise owners need more training on franchise expectations."

"The company provided qualified leads and a system to call the leads and sell loans. Proffer Financial spent a good amount of money on advertising which help the loan officers turn leads into loans."

"The Broker was a very hands on person and I was happy to be there."
