"It is a great place to work, I would recommend this employer to anyone that is interested in banking."

"Althought I enjoyed my job, the salary was not enough for me to live on at that particular time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The management team was great. The president and vice president of the company were located in the same office as I was. I was pleased that they were very easy to work for and very personable. I wouldn't suggest anything for managment."

"If you are interviewing for a sales position with this company, bring a marketing plan. It will show that you have considered the tough economic climate and high level of competition in this area of business."

"Too many company buyouts. Very unstable in the end and new management not as impressive."

"The company experienced too many major organizational changes without being properly addressed. It can create hysteria."
