To provide the borrower the last step of the process is very satisfying!Unfortunately, a lot of co-workers believe that once a loan has been sent to the closing department, the file is perfect! In reality, loans that have been sent to fund can still have issues. And, it's out job to fix it!"

"The work I am assigned is tedious at best, (i.e. loan payments, following for insurance), I desire more of a challenge and I have no customer contact which I miss greatly."

"Step back, look at the big picture, don't be afraid of change. Even though things have been done a certain way for years doesn't mean it is the most efficient or correct way to do them."
