"This company hires people with the Churn and Burn mindset. They burn through employees like no other entertainment company that I have worked for previously. The previous three people in my position were only there for about a year or so. The management is weak and only looking for major deals without giving much recognition to those below them. Not much room to grow for a career in this place. The perks are seductive and if you know the right people you can get to see a lot of free shows. All departments are very guarded and there is red tape all over this company."
