"I've worked at LItecontrol for almost 2 years now. I have found that there is a great deal of politics that go into every facet of the work and it really is unfortunate. The people are great, but that is the biggest thing the company has going for it. It is a wonderful stepping stone position and they really do want you to grow. The problem seems to lie in upper management and their unwillingness to change outdated policies and practices. I feel that a new generation of leaders would do the company good, and a fresh look on management would do the company wonders, as of now though, I don't see that happening."
