"As an early stage startup, LISN really did the most to make me feel like a valuable member of the team, regardless of the minimal resources we had to work with. Most of the team members work full-time jobs and work on LISN in their spare time. The founders have even implemented a weekly one-on-one meetings with each member, and this is something that makes me feel valued and important in this company.
