"I've worked for LinkedIn since year 2018, started as Member Success Consultant. Local Singapore team is heavily manipulated by seniors and managers from Bangalore after local Singapore manager left during covid period. Promotion was hard to come by unless you play clever office politics and apple polish. Luckily I managed to get transferred to current team and got promoted to Senior role this year. Company benefits are getting less this year, used to be able to claim flexi for personal travel expenses but now all claimable categories are not relevant for me."
