"I worked as an Apprentice Software Engineer in the LTS organization as part of the Jobs Team (Recruiter, RecruiterLite, etc). The culture is phenomenal! We don't come to work, so much as we go to the office to be with people we enjoy to be with while getting some work done. The motto "Dream Big, Have Fun, Get Sh*t Done!" is present everywhere; from the encouragement to take time off to recharge, to the one day a month to reinvest in self, company, or community, called "In Days". It was an absolute pleasure to be an apprentice here, and I look forward to the day I am experienced enough to return!"
