"If you are being hired to this position from outside, everyone will be over your shoulder and trying to correct you. They will not tell you that they are all talking about your job performance to determine if you're a "good fit" for the store then the manager who hasn't spoken more than 5 times to you will pull you to the side and tell you that you didn't "qualify" for the position, and there are no others."

"I works for finally ours for 2 and 1/2 years. The owners are very friendly and welcoming individuals who understand certain issues people have working in such business. Staff is overall friendly and driven, with the exception of a few cancerous individuals that will ultimately be the downfall to the diner. Owners make it seem like they are doing good deeds and favors for their employees, when in actuality they are looking for leverage and control over the employees."
