"Great team environment, potential for advancement if you work hard. This would be what I love. What I hate would be the good ole boy system for certain people family strangely get promoted to office jobs and people buddies get a first look at a job over even a better qualified candidate. Still this is not in every area and there are a few great managers that will do everything above board."
