"The clothes, the people I worked with, the customers and my peer group. Good company to work for if you don't mind working alot of hours and want to prove your abilities."

"This job with this company has to be your life. Not adviseable if you want a work life balance. You need to look the part, have fashionable hair styles, makeup, clothes."
What don't you like about working at Limited Brands?
"The DM was a workaholic and very rarely gave any sort of praise. The nights doing floorsets were exausting and the expectations were not realistic based on payroll given. Not a good company to work for if you have a family or want to start one."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Practice what they preach. Realize people can be great managers and praise them when they do a good job, give constructive criticism instead of being demeaning on conference calls."
