"I've been with LifeSouth Community Blood Centers for 4 months and the atmosphere is really fresh and and exciting. I'm looking for an aperture to advance myself."
What do you like about working at LifeSouth Community Blood Centers?
"Seemed easygoing at first, but didn't stay that way. They talked a lot better than they were."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Look elsewhere if you have any skill at all. They don't appreciate good, hard-working employees one bit.If you're a foreign national, though, they do have experience hiring those so are more willing to jump through the hoops needed than many."
What don't you like about working at LifeSouth Community Blood Centers?
"Bad management, talks a lot about certain things, then does them rather willfully and arbitrarily in defiance of those claims."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Learn to appreciate your skilled workers and not act as though they are easily replaced. Management is picky about hires, but acts like they can replace you at the drop of a hat. One position, despite a serious looming deadline, remained unfilled for more than 10 months. They either wouldn't pay what people wanted or didn't consider any applicant qualified."
