"Very toxic environment to work for. Literally all ppl working for the CIO had left the company and all except for me were in marriage counseling with the CIO, CEO, and HR on a weekly basis in order to prevent the CIO's reports to kill the CIO."

"Stick to what you know; and don't just support (and advance) ppl b/c they are your kind of people."

"To understand that the company operates under unstructured environment. The challenge is to have your work and efforts recognized by top management under that environment otherwise you would not feel like you are making significant contribution to the company at all. That may affect your promotions and salary increase."

"Some companies operate well when working environment is structured. Some surely do not. I thought the Finance Department would work well when structured."
