Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Interviewing for this company was easy. They recruited me form another bank. The most important thing about this job was finding out what the customer could use. If you got outside of the wall of the building you could talk to a whole lot more people. Business to business sales lead to more revenue."
What don't you like about working at PNC Financial?
"The compensation for that drive is the worst in the industry (banks as a whole)."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop selling investments at the branch level and offer managed accounts. They generate more revenue and cost the consumer less."

"My manager who had the philosophy of do as I say and not as I do approach to managing."

"Get rid of the older management staff because their ideals and reluctance to change is dooming."
