"I enjoy the opportunity to work with business owners and helping them reach their goals of creating a new business, seeking additional locations or exanding their current locations. I also enjoyed working with Landlords and creating a strong relationship with them while providing a relationship with their Tenants for a solid committment to each other."

"Require the company to office policies and procedures in document format. Inquire the specific commission percentages and request in writing."
What don't you like about working at Blanchard & Calhoun Commercial?
"The company was not conducive of providing support to agents and their needs. I was able to draw on my past experiences on managing my properties, recruiting new Tenants and developing and managing property budgets. The company did not have a training program to offer agents the opportunity to new techniques or continued support"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Provide a training and mentoring program for new agents. Offer one source for immediate assistance rather than a fluctuation of different personnel."

"Manager was helpful and tried to show me how to make it work"

"You'll work hard, make little money that you'll reinvest in your business and have Bankers cancel policies because folks don't qualify. If you can make it for a couple of years you might make some money."
What don't you like about working at Bankers Life and Casualty?
"Paying for leads. Stupid cold calling of 30 day old leads. Cancellations"

"Provide more than a phone for agents."
