"I've worked at Liberty Tire Recycling since 2012. Since then I have brought the AR balance under 120 days too 4 pages instead of 14 pages. I have brought the customer data base to an active of 5000 customers to over 8000 active customer that are needing service. I've moved the transportation department from being at the bottom of the company list to the Top 3 in all of Liberty Tire. Employee turnover from 160 year to 65 last year. Everyone in my department has now been here over a year of service. Out of 45 employees 39 of them have been here over a year."
