I found the organizational culture between company and employee to be good. They definitely look after you as well as employees who have disabilities. As far as management goes, people leave mainly because of their Managers. Liberty would do well to review their managers closely and make it imperative that they undergo stringent training and personal development before being appointed. This would ultimately ensure that you retain skills and valuable employees."
