"I’ve worked for Liberty Group since February of 2020. Due to the pandemic I was laid off for a while in which I didn’t start working again until the beginning of June. I enjoyed my coworkers and every location I was placed to work for the day. What I didn’t enjoy was not having a set location, Liberty Group would bounce me around to different apartment complexes every other week. I never got the chance to get comfortable anywhere."
"Working across the business in a client-facing environment allowed me to understand the inner workings and functions of the organization. Something you would not get if you worked at an Agency. I found the organizational culture between company and employee to be good. They definitely look after you as well as employees who have disabilities. As far as management goes, people leave mainly because of their Managers. Liberty would do well to review their managers closely and make it imperative that they undergo stringent training and personal development before being appointed. This would ultimately ensure that you retain skills and valuable employees."
"The Liberty Group is a multi-family industry, helping people get work within the maintenance and leasing field. Liberty has a strong passion to help candidates get work for temp or temp to hire opportunities. Office is very small and hours are good but unfortunately their is no room for growth or to move up within the company."
