"Working harder or smarter does not give you the big annual increase. It is only for the very few gifted folks."

What don't you like about working at LHP Software?

"It is sink or swim here as far as work goes. Projects are short like 1-3 months and then nothing for 1-3 months. It makes me very nervous."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Spend more time with my direct reports. I rarely see my boss. Maybe 1 time per week."
