"I worked for a full year as a lab assistant for 2 subsequent classes. The first of these classes required a substantial amount of grading and paperwork, which was rather monotonous but I was adequately compensated for my efforts. The second class was personal project-based and the position took place entirely in the lab with 1-on-1 mentor-ship and guidance. Overall, this position was more personally rewarding than I expected."

"Awesome informal mentorship program. The atmosphere is one of dedicated excellence, and the workers strive to bring each other to that level daily. The work schedule is moderately flexible, they want you to be in 8-5, but are fairly loose on the 8 and 5."

"Get the benefits in writing and signed before starting. Managers have a way of saying that you can receive a benefit that they have no intention of giving."

What don't you like about working at LeTourneau Technologies?

"Poor salary, smaller shop. A lot of legacy apps. Small work areas. Required Christian code of conduct (no drinking, smoking)."

"Ensure that all benefits are actually given to all employees. Do not promise benefits and then revoke them immediately after starting."
