No equal pay here either. Doesn’t matter what you get hired to do, you will have five peoples job at the end. Such a Hostile work environment. Owner sends emails calling people names and tells you things are “not acceptable”. When he created most of the problems and wants to point the finger and blame someone else. Owner sells stores that are falling apart and blames the franchisees when they fail. Such a crooked, bipolar egotistical owner. The VP of the company is a tool and wants to act like he knows everything; knows absolutely nothing and wants to do NOTHING. If your reading this please take my advise. Do not work here!
