What do you like about working at L'Espalier?

"I loved the liveliness of the company and what kind of energy the employees brought to the restaurant. The chef held everyone up to a certain standard and that gave all of us confidence and strength to get through each busy night at the restaurant."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be confident and really work hard for the company. The harder you work, the more respect you will gain and you can go far within the company."

What don't you like about working at L'Espalier?

"There wasn't much about the company I didn't like. It was a great company to work for and always tried to find the best in every employee to make them shine and move them up in the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The higher up never really took advice or opinions of the staff. Most of the staff (waiters) all had very good ideas and were often inspiring others. The higher ups didn't want to ever listen to their opinions or advice. I thought working more a team would be more affective."
