What don't you like about working at LensCrafters?

"It is a job not a career. I went to school, so I wouldn't have to work in a non 9-5 job. If you have a high school degree, it is a good place to make something of yourself. If you have a higher degree, it is a waste of your time. They have also changed their policy on saving for your 401K. It is really too bad."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"treat employees fair across the board."
