3.5 There isn't much that can be done. The higher ups seem to really care about everyone there, and engendering a familial atmosphere. I like how they run the place.

4.5 Good organization. The only thing is the fees. After the first year fees $300/month, I would have had to pay for office space in addition. So $1100/month is not feasible to work for someone else I came in with experience and could have done this on my own. The Multi-Life is good, only if you get referrals. However, in my experience, a proper meeting cannot be accomplished in half an hour (the time usually scheduled for a ML meeting), and a proper meeting must include time to talk about referrals. Most people tell you to pound sand.
