"It was ok for me but must love the fast paced building schedule and going 100mph. Computer system is great if you are good with computers"

"Unfortunately when I worked there it was extremely corrupt with people in positions with zero qualifications that were being paid to basically "show up" meanwhile the hard workers were never recognized. A very fake company."

"Responsible and motivated management committed to providing a great home for each buyer. Some growing pains with Standard Pacific acquisition a couple of years ago. Good place to work overall."

"Want to be over worked? Want to be lied to about compensation? Want to fight tooth and nail for your hard earned bonuses? Want to have no work to life balance? Want to have more meetings that time out on the field? Want to build a bad product and push people to Close on unfinished homes? Want to work for racist bigots that all they care about is the bottom line? Then this is the place for you, step right up and be underpaid to do a job that the median is 70k/year"

"I’ve worked for the Lennar Corporation for several years. They are a big player in the home construction industry. The workload is consistent and communication between employees and management is frequent. I enjoy the opportunity for customer interactions and doing everything I can to provide families with their new forever homes."

"Lennar is a good place to work but it depends on the field you're in. In my case, I worked with technology so the west coast team is limited when it comes to growth opportunity. I believe this would be a different story if I was located in Miami. The work environment is mostly positive so I do recommend working at Lennar if the opportunity suits you well."

"I have been working with Lennar for 4 months, it is a very large company, it has a lot of work but it is a bit disorganized in its schedules and in the way of treating homeowners"

"They give back, which is important to me. Beware of the IT department as it is going through changes. No job is secure."
